Welcome to Billvil. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Billvil application, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in via Google, or otherwise accessing Billvil, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Billvil provides automated invoice data extraction, AI-powered analysis, ledger mapping, and reporting tools. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. User Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (including your Google account if used for Single Sign-On).
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data, including data accessed via Google APIs and data uploaded by you, is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.
5. Google API Services Usage
If you connect your Google Account to Billvil, our app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive files.
- Use the Service to process illegal, fraudulent, or highly sensitive confidential information that violates third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Billvil application, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Billvil and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Billvil, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
